Rosethorn, Oregon. A small coastal city about 60 miles from Portland, approximately 25K population, known as a very Persons With Supernatural Abilities (PWSA) friendly area, after they were revealed to the world five years ago. It is the setting of the [[storyline:cozy-town]] storyline.
